We combine your entries with your location and weather information as well as moon phases to provide deeper insight in what influences your mood and anxiety. We connect to Health Kit to combine mood & anxiety with health data e.g. sleep, exercise, heart rate, menstrual cycle, step count in order to give you even more insights. POWERFUL BREATHING EXERCISES We have a set of breathing exercises for every situation. You can adapt repetition and speed to make it more comfortable. We connect to Apple Watch in order to measure heart rate during the breathing exercise so you can see how effective it was.
